I placed an order on 12th June. It was a sofa set of amount Rs. 46,919. On 13th June I had cancelled that order and talked to the customer care for same. Amazon customer care also confirmed that the item will be cancelled and you would get full refund. I had requested for cancellation even before item dispatch from the seller’s warehouse. Despite of this fact, seller dispatched the item. I called Amazon and they told me to reject the delivery and you would get your refund back. Now they are reminding me the cancellation policy. After 30 minutes of order. cancellation is not possible. Now I am afraid of my amount which is not a small amount. Please help me.
