Refund from Goibibo after jet airways cancelled flights

I had booked my flight from Heathrow to Delhi via London using Goibibo aap. But yesterday I got a mail from jet airways that flight has been cancelled and passenger will get full refund from their travel agents. Since I had booked from Goibibo I tried to contact them but no one seems to answer any mail or call. Its very frustrating I have lot many things to do as I have an exam to give in London.

Kindly look into the matter and help me out.

    We have not received refund for cancellation of jet airways flight from Goibibo, wants to know how long it will take for refund.
    Has goibibo received any refund from jet airways?
