Refund from Snapdeal for returned product

I ordered the product through snapdeal as cod 3000, whereas I received a product cost 500. i am unable to contact customer care, hence I contact the seller address given on my parcel and ready to refund me once he received. my parcel shows delivered on 5th December. Now the seller. is not entertaining my call.,he seems to be a fraud one. Now even snapdeal is not entertaining my problem as the seller is linked with them.
