Sir I have booked a ticket for 18.10.2015 from ganganagar to ludhiana. I have made a call to operator (VIRAT TRAVELS) in afternoon to confirm that bus will go to ludhiana or not (there was complete Bandh in Punjab). it was confirmed to me that bus will definitely go to ludhiana. while bording in night I was told by bus staff and personnel of bus operator present in office that bus will not go to ludhiana and they will drop me either 35 kms before ludhiana (around 3:00 O Clock in morning) or in chandigarh and i have to get a bus from chandigarh to ludhiana. as i was aware that i will not get a single bus from chandigarh to ludhiana I decided to not to travel and after reaching home I wrote a mail to paytm to inform them that bus is cancelled for my stop and I want my refund. I got a reply from paytm that refund is not possible as to get refund i need to cancel my ticket before time. i told them I was informed by bus operator on mean time that bus will not go to ludhiana and I have to get down at chandigarh or somewhere else. From last 8 days I am continuously writing to paytm and still no resolution and they are giving senseless arguments. everytime they are asking whetaher I had travelled or not or it was better i had travelled bla bla………. I was marked absent for monday and lost my one day salary and suffered a lot. please do the needful and intervene. pradeep chugh order id 1268485928.
