Refund not credited to Standard Chartered Bank card account

I Booked online train ticket on 24th May 2016 through IRCTC website. I made payment of Rs. 3343.3 using standard chartered bank credit card. Due to some reason, I cancelled my ticket on 24th July 2016 from IRCTC website. As per IRCTC, they refunded the amount on 25th July 2016, its been now more than 8 working days, refunded amount is not credited to SC credit card. I contacted SC bank, they are not processing my request and asking for written mail from IRCTC that they have refunded the amout even though I already sent them snapshot of refund status from IRCTC. As per IRCTC refund amount is Rs. 3070.
