I had ordered a set of 3 jewellery from kraftly.com. since the quality was poor I returned back them on November 5th. Aftr making successive calls to customer care I got refund for 2 items. When i enquired about the 3rd one,the Customer care representative told that seller has not received any package.But I have a proof from courier service that he has picked up the order. It’s been a month and still I am waiting for refund to be initiated. Kindly help me with this
