Refund not receievd from Click-n-go deals

I had got an discount card from Click-n-go company and paid Rs.8499/- but the card didn’t have the same offers (briefed in he attached e-mail) as it was promised and I have returned it back to the company and they have confirmed that they received the product back on 31/07/15 and will refund me complete amount of Rs. 8829/- (includes RS.330 courier charges) immediately.

But its 16 days passed now no refund received from the company even after follow up e-mails and from past 6 days no response received from the company.

So can you help me to get my refund please.,

    Customer confirms having received refund after regular follow-ups. The issue stands resolved.

    I got a call from this company stating that they will give me a discount card, complimentary gifts & holiday voucher just I need to pay 8,499/-. After I paid I recived all the stuff 1 or 2 items were missing in the complimentary gifts as dey promise. Finally the twist is I was planning for a holiday in the month of May’15, as per there terms I can’t plan in the month of May-June & Dec-Jan. It got refused then I re-planed my holiday in the month of Oct’15. As per there policy we need to send a request 30-40 days before to get the availability for the given destination. Then I had sent the request of my (holiday schedule) after I sent a mail they didn’t come bck till 10days I was keep trying call on the given numbers “no response”, then I sent so many reminder mails. After 10days they call back & confirm my holiday 10days before frm my check-in dates, then I asked them to postponed my holiday schedule b’coz I have to transportation as well. They agreed & asked me to send a request to postponed the holiday schedule. I had sent a request 8-Oct’15 still they didn’t come back & when I’m placing a call they are not responding my call on the given contact numbers . Finally I decided I’m wasting my time & money. Then i wrote in my last mail I want my money back ASAP as I’m sending back all the stuffs what I had received.

    Request your kind help me to get my money back ASAP.

  1. Click n go is a company where I purchased membership of the big shopping bazaar paying7884/ through pay u money. They sent me two holiday voucher s of click n go. I was asked to opt three destination s with check in date. I was Informed that Haridwar is your confirmed destination but check in date is not confirmed. I sent them a draft along with the prescribed form. Now they are giving me the check in date that I have never opted for haridwar. That too after my 4 e.mails and number of calls at their help line number. And the second holiday voucher is still pending. If you want to be begger after losing your money then you have reached at the right place. Please beware of the company.

    Hello Mr. Pramod, we do outsource our holiday vouchers to several companies, Big shopping is may one of them. These are the promotional holiday vouchers and that is the reason abided to few terms and conditions. However we have taken your concern and sort out the query for sure.
