I ordered 1 pair of sandal on Oct 12, 2015 from Amazon site (amazon.in). Footcandy Womens Beige order (402-8373202-4357125). I received the order on October 17, 2015 and paid Amazon Rs. 799/- but the size of sandal was very small so I send the request to Amazon for collecting the product on Oct 20, 2015. On October 20, 2015 I returned the product to Amazon and they have given the slip. The seller himself accepted and given in written that they have received the product which I have sent but Amazon (Online shopping site) is not returning my money back and they are delaying the process unnecessarily. Earlier they have told that you will receive your Cheques of Rs. 799/- before Nov 2, 2015 and now they are sending mail that I will have to wait till Nov 7, 2015 for the claim. This is disgusting.

Please take a strict action on Amazon India (amazon.in) and please help me in getting my refund back of Rs.799/- + I want penalty of harrasing me over phone by the Customer care representative.
