I have placed an online order on AMAZON.COM dated 18th September 2015 for a REBEL 15 X 11.5 inches canvas foamy laptop notebook computer sleeve case. Both side printed cool printed pattern. Fit to most Samsung, Toshiba, Asus and Wipro laptops which ORDER #404-1295034-5711529 which was delivered to me on 23rd September 2015. It was Cash On Delivery order of RS.509/- only paid to direct Seller i.e. SHARNAM ARTS and due to the quality of product and it is not as per my requirement i have returned the said item as it is to the seller and it was picked by AMAZON.COM within 2 days of its delivery. Since then on i have not received my REFUND as for this so many times i have reverted to AMAZON.COM CSR and got same reverts from them that we will look for this matter on a serious note and will revert to the SELLER SHARNAM ART for this on priority, but go a negative feedbacks for this from both. I have revert them on chat and also on call and via mail but everytime getting same replies that the REFUND AMOUNT CHEQUE will be sent to you within 5 to 6 business working days. I am really fed up with all this unfair business of AMAZON.COM and i want a quick and necessary actions against them… I have attached all chat scripts , mails and order details and confirmation of refund status.
