I am the regular user for Amazon, I had never called much as I was happy with products..but dec 2017 I ordered oneplus 5t, received Oneplus 3t. I got hand to hand replacement. But replacement product was used one.. So they approved my refund, when returning product delivery boy was refusing 3 days saying IMEI is mismatch..when called the customer I came to know that the return created was with wrong product, later the email was sent to there couriers and product was picked up on 14th dec 2017, today It is 1st Jan 2018..till now the refund is not done. I sent an email to mr. Jxxxxf as well ,but still they are not serious..
