I am a student. in august,2015 i have taken a fastrack watch, worth Rs.1212…then i returned it with in the valid date according to the policy of amazon. after 10-12 days i got my refund cheque with a different surname. & it was my fault, that i provide them wrong surname….so i was unable to withdraw this money. Next i have corrected it to my original surname & again requested for refund….they told me that i would get my next cheque with the original name within 4-7 bussiness day. since then more than 10 times i have contacted with amazon customer service. .& every time i was promised by that i amgoing to get my refund with in 4-7 bussiness day, still im not get it. i dont know why.& there is no option to contact with amazon in person. for this trouble im complaining in ICF regarding this issue…please solve it as soon as possible.
