Refund not received from Amazon

1. Returned items on 28 June to Amazon
2. Amazon confirmed to refund by credit to Bank account by 4 July
3. Have not received refund as of 17 August
4. Have written dozen of emails, spoken with call centre agents from Amazon
5. Every time, amazon replies that refund is credited DESPITE the fact that I have sent them Bank statement showing NO REFUND as yet

Refund from snapdeal.com – Rs.22,000/- : Salil Tripathi of Chinchwad, Pune-411019, Maharashtra (saliltripathi.8889[@]outlook.com) ordered Iphone 4 through snapdeal.com on 12th Nov 2014. He did not receive the product though the company gave a non-existing Bluedart AWB. The customer asked for refund but the refund was not forthcoming. Refund from Travolook – Rs.29,775/- : Mr. Arpit Makwana of Thane, Maharashtra tried to book tickets on the portal Travolook however the booking got cancelled due to fare expiration. Customer wrote to the portal for refund however did not receive the same. Customer approached ICF on 15-01-2021 and the matter was taken up with Travolook. Finally customer got refund by 03-02-2021. Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment. ICF submitted the claim to Nivea and on 11-01-2010 Mrs. Rekha Goyal has confirmed that she got refund of cost of nivea soft and medical expenses. Nivea - 11.01.2010
