I am the customer of bank of baroda rudrapur branch and the ifsc code of the bank is BARB0RUDRAP (fifth charactor is zero) and my account no. is 2xxxxxxxxxxxxx3. My complaint is that the bank is not refundding my failed netbanking transection amount which is around Rs.3205. At the date of 26-02-2016 i paid my bsnl landline bill amoun of Rs. 3205 vis bank of baroda netbanking which one is going failed and the second attemept was successfull. Respected Sir/Madam, i also send my failed transection’s details at the mail id of (firstname.lastname@example.org) at the date of 1st of march 2016. And also call at the customer care lot of time and i also have all call records in my phone afterthat i am going to the bank as per say of the customer care executive and bank also not taking any responcibility. Now i am going to complaint of the bank, so please help me to recover my money.
