I am writing a complaint against Ebay online shopping website. I purchased a winter jacket from ebay. I placed order on 10 oct 2015 and product was delivered to me on 11th oct 2015. But the product was defected and product quality was also poor so I decided to return the product. I file the return request on 12 oct 2015. According to their return policy my claim procedure by Ebay. Finally they said they will give me a cheque and said that they will ask about my account detail but no one asked me for my account detail and they sent me a cheque with my ebay account name, which was useless for me as I was not able to in-cash the cheque because cheque was drawn with wrong name. So I requested them to redraft my cheque with my bank account name on 26th nov 2015. I followed all the procedure asked by ebay customer care. During the above procedure I had to spent almost 250 rupees and my precious time. I called the ebay customer care about 20 to 25 times. Its been almost three month but they are still saying that my request is in proccess.
