On 28/3/2016 I booked four tickets online to visit Eravikulam national park on 2/4/2016.But they were not opened the park on the day of our visit. As per their refund policy , I am eligible to get my money back demanding the same through email. So I requested by mail. But they replief me some numbers to contact. I contacted with four numbers , in vain. They are not ready to accept my grievance. Hence I file this complaint to get my grievance solved.
