I ordered Lee Marc Solid Single Breasted Party Men’s Blazer from Flipkart on 11th January 2016 2:57 pm and product was delivered on 19th January 2016. The product i order was of wrong size i ordered 46 size and but my fit was of 44 size .So i request for exchange to size 44 as product was eligible for 30 days exchange policy. And i was told product will be picked and new product will be delivered on 3rd feb 2016 . My exchange request id as per flipkart is 43546707 was cancelled by seller and flipkart without my knowledge and permission violating exchange policy defined for the product . I again request and had a call with flipkart team they informed seller has cancelled the exchange request and they propose me for full refund, without any choice left i agreed for full refund , they told me item will be pick by 10thfeb and i will received the refund by 10th Feb wednesday 2016. Again neither the product was picked on 10th feb nor i received by refund as proposed by flipkart. Again on 13th Feb i call and message flipkart team regarding the issue . They assured me the product will be pick up by 20th feb and flipkart will issue the refund irrespective of product picked or not, My refund id as per flipkart is 45156682 .Today is 27th feb almost more than a months has happened i am struggle with product and service of flipkart and seller of flipkart Leemarc . Please help me against the cheating done by flipkart team.
