I have purchased one moto g( 2nd gen) through Flipkart. payment done through online banking service. but after receiving the item found defected  I contacted with Flipkart they told me to return the item and amount of item cost Rs 12799/- will be credited to my account. I returnd the item and they received the same on 23 feb 2015. they told me that the amount will be credited to my account with in 8 business day after receiving the item. but the amount not credited till date 10/3/15. I have made number of calls, mails and sent my updated account statement showing that amount not credited. Pls take necessary action against them to refund my amount to my account ad soon as possible.
