I have booked a ticket from udaipur to mumbai on 2 october from goibibo app.
I have made a transaction of 594 Rupees and paid the amt using UPI.
The transaction was successful as I have got a message from ICICI Bank.
But the booking was not being done and goibibo are saying that the transaction was not successful.
They said to contact the ICICI Bank , I have contacted them and they have provide me all the transaction details.
I have again contacted the goibibo team and forwarded the same message along with the ICICI Bank passbook screenshot.
I have contaced them a 5-8 times but they are not listening and not replying to my mails
