We have booked our flights from Delhi to Indore on Nov 12 at 18.00 with Air India flight through Goibibo . However since the flight has been rescheduled from Air India , we have cancelled the tickets. Air India informed that we are eligible for full refund and refund would be provided but however the amount will be credited to Goibibo account and further transfer should be done through the booking agent. Till today , Goibibo havent fully processed our refund amount.
We have spoken with Air India multiple times and they have given refund details as well however Goibibo is not responding.Ticket details attached for reference.
