Refund not received from indiaflowergiftshop.com

I had ordered a FRUIT BASKET from ‘INDIA FLOWER GIFT SHOP ONLINE’ on 12 june 2013 to be delivered in Bangalore. The company claimed the delivery by midnight of 16 JUNE 2013. But due to their ignorance they did not deliver the item despite of my reminder cal on 16 june 2013. On 17 june 2013 I cancelled the order and ask for the refund. They sent a confirmation mail for the same demanding 15 days for the process.

But even till date i.e. 26 july 2013 I have not received any refund. I have called them thousand times for the refund they asked for time for the refund process. But now the situation is that the company is now avoiding my calls and insulting by disconnecting the call in the middle of the conversation.
