I booked 6 air tickets online at Indigo airlines website on Dec 17th 2015 midnight from Mumbai to Indore – Flight number: 6E658.

I paid 17032 INR through my HDFC online banking. The payment got deducted from my accound but we did not receive the booking confirmation. The payment on HDFC bank shows the narration as- EHDF4178613383/bill dkINDIGO AIRLINE. We called their customer service and we got the PNR number (a63c9p) and we were told that it will get confirmed after 24 hours. After 24 hours we got tickets cancelled message and nothing else. My money is still with the airlines and we did not receive the tickets too. This is highly unprofessional behavior and I suggest strict actions to be taken. Also I need my money back asap. I would have at least gained some interest on the money if it was in my account. its a complete loss of time ,energy, money and peace of mind. They say they are officially great for 8 years in a row, well I deny.
