I ordered a watch from jabong on 15th jan 2016 and received it and later returned to jabong pick up. After 2 working days my refund of 5017 was reflecting as jabong credit later on same day I ringed up cc of jabong and requested for trasfer of refund in to my bank account. So they asked me to mail my ac details which I did and also gave account details verbally to cc executive. As my jabong id name is rishi mathur where as bank account name is ribbin mathew. On 25th jan I recived a msg on my contact no that my account has been credited with 5017 around 0830 am on same day at 2030hrs when I went to icici atm to withdraw the amount to my shock it was showing nill balance . On 27th I went to icici bank as rao nagar hyderabad and asked regarding the issue with my account so they explained me that the amount from where it was transferred has later blocked the money due to miss match of name where as I have already explained jabong cc executive regarding my bank name and jabong account name. my bank account is reflecting with the amount 5017 but has been initiated for block from jabong due to miss match of name and when Im telling cc executive about the same they are replying me with same answer that your amount has been credited from our side. No call from jabong I my self is calling from past 5days and explaining but no positive response from them. Im frequent buyer from jabong . Im geting only complaint no but no solution. Complaint no 25837479.
