I tried to book air ticket through MakeMytrip.com on 19th Jan. I was able to make the payment through bank but ticket was not booked form makemytrip and i received message from makemytrip.com that booking failed for the respective transaction.

I was sure that the money will be refunded automatically as such incidents are normal in online transactions. after two week I started calling them and they acknowledged the issue and assured me that the money will be refunded til 21 Feb, but it did not.. then the said it will be refunded till 29.. then they said till 5th march… and now till 12th march..

Its 50 days now.. I dont know what they are doing.. the amount is 15847 INR.

I have already provided all the details to makemytrip.com.
1. the sms received from makemytrip.com
2. the sms received from bank for deduction of amount
3. the bank statement for the transaction details

Can you guys help me to get the refund.
