Last week 22.7.2015 booked a ticket in after filling all my travel on the same day nit 11.45pm. details as well bank detail give summit button. then i saw some error image on it. but the amount has diducted from paytm side. but not receive any conformation for my travel detail. then i’d waited for the next one hour i did nor receive any mail as well the sms. i thought that something went wrong they refund my money. then i booked a another ticket for the same bus same time that’s also same problem shown. ok this aslo some tecnical fault i felt. then finally booked my last ticket on the next half an hour due to emergency of my travel resion. and the 3rd ticket booking also shown the same error. and i did not resive any conformation from paytm. then i use ticketgoose for ticket booking for the same bus same time. now i got conformation from ticketgoose i plan accordingly. when i get into bus the opearator says you had booked 3 tickets. i was shock and wondring i side to the operator i use paytm to book my tickets bust that showing some error so that i use ticketgoose i seat on the ticketgoos conformationed ticket and he side okay sir!!. when i email regading this to the paytm customer care they send the conformation on the next day when i reach my destination. i have a print screen on those three tickets and when i receive those conformation sms. so please file a complient regarding this and refund my money Rs. 450+450+360.
