Unfortunately, I have booked a flight from New York to Syracuse o Jan 12 2018 via paytm and that flight got cancelled due snow storm in New York. When I asked for refund I got many answers ranging from the refund will be issued in 24 hrs to refund cannot be issued and as usual the most common answer- ” Thank You for your patience we are looking into it”. They were saying that they haven’t received any conformation from the airlines. So, I mail the airlines regarding the refund and they mailed me that the refund has been issued and then I mailed the mail which I got from Delta to Paytm and have since been receiving only one answers each I call “our expert team team is looking into it thank you for your patience .” Its been 2 months and i have not received the refund yet.
