Refund not received from Redbus

I have done a transaction on 17Nov 2015 on from Hyderabad to Mumbai. they have deducted the money but ticket was not booked. After confirming with customer care people I have done a fresh booking at Paytm and booking was successful. The amount which was debited at redbus is still not refunded back to my card account till date and instead of repeated follow ups and e mails there is no revert from this redbus people..

I have called up their customer care number for more than ten times till now and written some 10 mails there is no revert of the same.
