I had purchased a Dinner set from shopclues.com on 18.11.2015 valued Rs.1109/- + Rs. 70 courier charges. i got the item in damaged condition. i immediately complained they sent courier for Reverse [ickup.i have returned the product asking for replacement or refund. my refund money they added to cluebucks and asked me to reorder. i reordered the same product. Now they sent me product but demanding payment again. why should i pay again? when i wrote mails asking how to encash from cluebucks no one guides. my ,money is lying with them. one of their staff even wrote to me not to mail. how am i going to correspond? please help
