I orderd total 10 product on snapdeal on 2nd oct. 2015. Order no.- 8781463399. Then I sent online cancellation request for two product out of ten. Sub order no. 11205261926 and 11205271954, product name respectively vintage green cotton shirt and vintage blue cotton shirt. They replied as those product already with courier I should refuse the products when reach to me. Accordingly I refused on 10 oct. From then I communicated them on several occasions on phone and email. But Snapdeal has no refund till today instead of their 7 days return policy. Notably I paid through net banking.

  2. I feel SNAPDEAL is not in habit of refunding money. Friends never sop with it. My money also not refunded since september 2015. Though I had been contacting them both telephonically and through email. It had been my biggest mistake to shop with SNAPDEAL. beware friends.
