I have purchased a jeans of Rs. 499 in Snapdeal. The product came faulty. So I applied for its replacement. But the new product didn’t came. After some day I called Snapdeal customer care. Told about this. That time they told me that the product had out of stock so replacement can not be done, and I have to proceed for refund. So I applied for refund. From that time till now they didn’t completed may refund. Everytime I called them they told some technical problem occur so I have to wait for more 4 days. In this way 43 days passed but still they r ignoring me and keep on giving excuses. So please please please help me out of this problem and please do something so that my refund complete.
