Refund not received from Snapdeal

I purchased one necklace from snapdeal on 25-7-2016 which I returned on 26th itself because of colour difference and damage, they picked the item and I got message saying I will be getting my refund in my account in 4 working days, but even after a month I have not received, when I check the status it shows refund success, I tried calling customer service but not getting connected sent mail and got the reply that within 24 Hours they will call but still no response kindly help me to get the refund.
