I have ordered adidas shoes from Snapdeal on 9 sept 2016, received the package, paid 1726 Rs, opened the packing, found sparx shoes which is of Rs 1100, Requested for replacement, handovered the product to pick-up person from Snapdeal.

Replacement was sent, but not the size which i actually ordered, i order size 9. Replacement was sent with shoes size of 8. I cancelled the order.

Check for refund status, its mentioned on website as refunded on 20 sept at 03:06 am. I have paid through cash for the shoes i received, how come its refunded as i have never shared my banking with snapdeal.

Called customer care multiple times, spoke supervisor, as per them, they need 24-48 to issue refund, but not refund received. Sent a email to snapdeal grievences, got reply from them, upon asking in email to upload bank details, i have uploaded, after that Snapdeal grievence officer promised refund in 4days on 24 sept 2016.

Today i sent a email to know whether i will get refund or not, instead they called and said we cannot process the refund, asked the same in email.

They clearly mentioned in email as : we reviewed your account and found some transactions didn’t pass our internal checks. We are sorry that we unable to complete your request and your account will be suspended.

Need you help in this. Neither i got my money or shoes, snapdeal clearly stated that they will not refund.
