Sir i had ordered a shoes on and my friend got the delivery (because i was on leave) and it’s open box delivery so he didn’t check the product when i checked the product it was wrong product so i raised a complaint of refund but they closed the complaint and revert me that it’s open box delivery so we are not able to give you refund.
my order id is 11077625001 sub order id 13989916410. please help me out in this problem.

    I had ordered a nike black emerge shoes and i got the wrong product. The concern is that it was open box delivery and my friend got the product because i was not there, so he didn’t check the product. I raised a complaint, and one of your executive told me that sorry sir we couldn’t entertained you because of this is open box delivery.
