Refund not received from snapdeal for damaged water purifier

I have purchesed water purifier but when i received some parts of Aqua are damaged so i request to return. the customer executive requested me to to purches damaged part from local shop and send bill to us we will refund bill amount. and when i purched product they have given 10% cash back on product but i have not received cash bank amount also.

From last 2 month i am lodged complain for claim and cash back amount but they are not replying any how.
