I have purchased the above product from snapdeal on 10th sept 2016 vide purchase order id 15077925758 dtd 10th sept 2016 which was delivered on 12th instant. On the same day I reported Snapdeal that the product was defective. The same was approved by service engineer sent by snapdeal on 14th sept at my house. Subsiquently the above product was picked up for replacement vide receipt no AWB: SND2875508 dtd 15th sept. 2016. Till date (28. 09. 16) I have spoken several times with snapdeal customer care centre for resolving my complaint including floor manager Mr Axxxxxn Sxxxxxxxa on 24. 09. 16 without any positive result. I have also complained to snapdeal on online without any fruitful result. Now through your Forum I want to request snapdeal to return my money at the earliest or replace with new product.
