Refund not received from Snapdeal for returned product

9 July 2017 I order puma hip-hop 5 navy casual shoe price 832. On 13 July I got the product. But the size is not match. So I request the replace the product and I need 9 size shoe. 18 July my order pickup successful. After two day I track my order in app I got one massage this return is approved. Am waiting to pickup my order. But suddenly 23 July I got one SMS in mobile send bank details your order refund. I will be shocked already my replace is approved then why snepdeal ask my bank details.everyday I call c care I didn’t I send my bank details help[@] mail ID. Today 31st July no response no replay I didn’t get mail from snepdeal side. Please refund my amount. Almost 20 day am waiting.
