My name is Anant. My Tikona ID is 1112686791. I had cancelled my contract with Tikona because of poor internet connection. I received an email from Tikona saying that I will get a refund of Rs. 895.00/- & it was mentioned in the email that “Refund amount would be delivered by Cheque on your registered Billing Address within 15 days of Account Termination date.” & the Account Termination Date was 7 April 2015.
It is been more than 1.5 months & still I have not got my money refunded. When am I getting the money back? Few days back I called up your Call Centre & the representative told me that I will get an update within 24 hours but didn’t receive any update. What kind of bad service is this.
I want my money back as soon as possible or else I would have to launch a complaint. Hoping to get my money back very soon.
