I have booked a flat in Aranya Phase-1 with Unnati in the month of Sep and they assured that everything will be taken care and I had submitted the booking amount of 10% of the total cost. However due to some issues, I had to cancel the booking. I was told at time of booking that in case of any issue, the deposit will be refunded in a weeks time, however its been a month now, they are not ready to process the refund. They are not responding to my mails or calls. Please help in this regard.
