i also have same problem these are fakes teams that stole our money and makes his companies huge.
I placed order on Sunday from gavaran rassa through zomato. In this order some items are missing. So zomato not refund my money back for missing items. And just committed me to wait for 48 hours. My order no is 2025072696.
Zomato refund not received, payment had failed and order was done on Dec 20, now they say no refund reference number is being generated due to some error and I can’t track it without it.
My order cancelled on 29.3.2022 money no refund
