This is Prashant Kumar Bhattacharya, on March I have applied for a broad band connection from airtel. At first a executive came did the survey and said that a connection was possible. We said to him that we will tell you later whether we want a connection or not. After 3 or 4 days a person called Sxxxl from airtel contacted me and after a long discussion we were ready for tge connection. He came to my office provided bill and as a result I paid him Rs. 1000 as a initial one month fee.

After 10 days also I didn’t receive my connection. Then a sms came in my mobile saying “your fixedline number:7019279544 could not be activated. Activation fee Rs. 1000 will be refunded via cheque by 30.3.2015”. I received this message on 23.3.2015. And on 11.4.2015 I emailed them that when they are planning to refund my money. Few calls from airtel executive came and they said that within 4 working days I will receive my money in my bank account. I also provided them my bank account number, IFSC code, branch name via email. And until today there was no money refunded to me. Now its almost one month. Please consumer forum help me to receive my refund. In attachment I am sending image of the bill.
