Recently i have booked ticket from Ahmedabad to Hubli via Mumbai thru GOIBIBO website, as spice jet have started flights to Hubli from Bangalore and Mumbai only.

I was travelling on 11 Apr 2015 on 08.15 AM from Ahmedabad to Mumbai thru Indigo flight and at 12.20 PM from Mumbai to Hubli from Spice jet. Later I was informed there is time change from Mumbai to Hubli that is 12.20PM to 12.40PM from Mumbai to Hubli.

After some day on 29 Mar 2015 i got message stating the destination also changed from Hubli to Belgaum, which is 90KM away from Hubli. I have mailed to customer care on the issue that, i have booked another flight from Ahmedabad to mumbai which is INDIGO for which i need refund. But they never giving clear detail for refunding the Indigo fares nor details.

On 1 April 2015, i called to customer care where i have explained this issue and they assured both will flight charges will be reimbursed. Meanwhile my mail correspondence was going on thru mail but regarding refund of Indigo flight they were not at all telling in mail.

As on 03 Apr 2015, I have called to there customer care number, their M/s Kxxxt from Gurgoan who is spice jet representative clearly said no refund will be done for Indigo fares even after explaining the issue. Then same day in mail I mentioned that, self going to lodge the complaint, then on 5 Apr 2015 at 09.40 AM they are sending mail that I have to contact INDIGO airlines. But i have cancelled tickets at 11.41 AM.

And now Im in such a situation ticket amount booked by myself is 4940/- and deduction of 3400 /- (1500*2 as flight cancellation of both flights and 200*2 as Goibibo website charges) is done.

Kindly help in solving.
