I have airtel 4g prepaid connection, on 5th December 2015, I had recharged with Rs. 655/- for 2.5 gb 3g or 4g data. I m not able to do any surfing or not able to use any apps like Facebook, WhatsApp, etc, without data connection, I had complaint 3 times in company to resolve my problem, but they are saying that from our side problem had solved, now whenever I m calling they said that problem had solved from here means from company. They are advertising that if any other company data connection is speed than us we will provide 1 year data for free, but here I m not able to do surfing anything, in my mobile is showing data connection is on, airtel company persons are saying that to restart your phone so I had done that thing many times whenever they said, now I want my full amount of recharge of Rs 655/- or my problem to be solve by them otherwise I have to take legal action against airtel mobile company.
My prepaid connection number is 7738229191 in which I m facing this problem.
