I have purchased a smartphone from FLIPKART at 15 Oct 2017 and they deliver me the smartphone at 16 Oct 2017. After using the phone for 3 to 4 days i experienced some problem in the phone, regarding this I have register a return request to FLIPKART, and the said that a technician will come to my home and diagnosis the phone physically, after that the technician has came to my home but he was unable to understand my concern and disapprove the return request. After that I have speak to FLIPKART Customer Care and tell them the fact and they said that I will get my return hand to hand by 29 Oct. After that whenever I speak to Customer Care they said that they have arise my issue to concern team and the concern team will contact me in 24-48 hours. And from 30 Oct I speak to FLIPKART CUSTOMER CARE 20-30 times and they again and again said that I will get the resolution in 24-48 hours but I haven’t got any response from back end or concern team. I don’t know whats going on. First of all how can FLIPKART sends anybody to diagonasis the phone and disapprove the request on his behalf. And after that which type of customer service they are speaking about.
