I paid my mobile bill one month ago via axis bank Internet banking app. Airtel is unable to locate the payment and requested that I submit bank statement. I emailed them my bank statement multiple times and then they requested that I go and speak with the ppl in the branch itself. So I spent 2 hours doing that and showed them my bank statement. Now they are still unable to locate my payment and have barred outgoing on my phone.
