Regarding an UPI payment for IRCTC ticket booking

I have tried to book a ticket on IRCTC and made the payment through BHIM UPI app and the transaction was under process at that time but later the transaction was approved but it was not used to book the tickets and the money was debited from my account. I made the transaction on 17.11.2017. Now it is more than two months but my money has not been credited to my account . I contacted the Bank (SBI) and got the reply of successful transaction. Now the branch has raised it’s hand .I have no other option.
