Regarding Aquaguard RO + UV service

I am a user of Aquaguard Expert RO+UV. I am using aquaguard expert ro+uv machine. I have bought this product one year two month back. From initially there is some error is going on and machine was not working properly. The service guy was coming reparing and again the problem was repeated after few days. I complaint again and again. In one year I had problem for around 12-15 times almost every month.

Recently (on 10-09-2016), I had problem of water lickage from the outer purifier guard. I called customer care and then change the part and paid Rs 600 including service charge of 400. The incident was of around 10th of sept 2016. Again after 4 days (15-09-2016), the lickage problem arise again, when I logged a complaint in customer care, the guy came, but again ask for service charge in just 4 days and changed some part and demanded for that. In this regard I had a word with the owner of Raipur Service Centre. She argued with me and told she is there just to make money and I have to pay otherwise the service guy will misbehave. She was also using abusing language. So I paid the amount.

Now after 7 days (22-09-2016) again the same problem arise and water lickage was there. The lickage was now in fullswing and the whole house got full with water all around. I lost my furniture and ply of modular kitchen got damaged. It was at 4.35 am in the morning, I heared the sound and woke up suddenly and saw the water flowing all around the hall and kitchen area. I lost my sofa set and one diwan. Now I lodge a complaint, the guy came at around 8 pm today (22-09-2016). But, did not resolve the problem. He said I need to pay money again and he also said I need to change the inside parts of the machine and it will cost around 5000. He was also asking for service charge. In the last 12 days only I have paid twice serive charge and again demanding for the same. I have lost my furniture of around 1.60 lacs. Who will compensate, aquaguard will compensate or who…?? Please help and replace the RO with new one which will work properly.
Item Damaged:- Ply of modular Kitchen (cost- 1 lacs)
Sofa set (cost- 40k), diwan (20k).
Ro- 20000. I need compensation for all this. It is my goodluck that some short circuit short of thing did not happen, other wise life of family was in denger. It is a serious concern, please look after the matter as soon as possible.
