I purchased one aqua guard uv enhance purifier from eureka forbes on 17/04/15 vide invoice no. 3315100124 dt.17/04/15, customer id-1011913142.After three months of installation it started problem sometimes water is not coming to purifier, heating and also overflowing. I lodged complain so many times then some technician visited and do something and after one or two months again started malfunctioning. In the last week of January one technician visited against my complain that water is overflowing which should not be overflown but during servicing one parts of the machine broken and he told that same would be replaced soon but now more than 15 days over nobody turned up and my water puririfer is in unusable condition. This company only waiting for expiry period of one year so that I can’t take legal action. However, I am complaining to you to take up the matter with Eureka Forbes
