Regarding arbitrary cancellation of 15% cashback orders by Amazon

I place an oder for Coolpad Note 5 on 25th October with a festival offer of 15% cashback of SBI debid card on Amazon.in. Oder Id is 402-1683539-766355. On same date I received a message that the oder was despatched and on 27th October oder arrived at Kolkata. But I did not received the phone till 2nd November. During this period I made contact with Amazon Customer Care center & I was informed that as my maximum delivery period is 3rd November and due to heavy work load oder will be delivered on or before 3rd November positively.

But suddenly 2nd November I received a message “Your package with coolpad note5 could not be delivered. Then I further made contact 3times & interact 3 different persons, namely RxxxA,AxxxxxxxT & another one. By this three times 3 different feedback was given regarding the query of cancellation.

Mr. RxxxxxA informed me to place a new oder where by he will send a request to cashback section to get the same offer i.e 15% cashback on new oder as the offer period is over. He also informed me that the product was not being delivered due to courier issue. I requested him to send an email regarding his forwarded request as proof. He send a email as proof.

Mr. Axxxxxt informed me that there is no such policy for cashback on new order placement after the offer period is over. He then informed me that he was placing a new request for a replacement oder with the same facility i.e cashback on behalf of me where by a new order confirmation will be given within 24 hours but till 3rd November morning I have not received such message.

3rd November I interact with another person & now I am getting a new information that there is no such policy as per feedback of Axxxxt. Now I can place a new order definitely but not get the previous offer.

Then I send a details mail to Amazon Customer Care Centre for solved my problam. As my reply of my mail Mr. Axxxxxxxd send a mail where he insure that replacement is available of the package & he request me to reply with a new delivery address where I received the replacement package. According to his reply email I send a email with my new address.

This email conversa for replacement package was continued from 11p.m to 5p.m. After that I received a refund confirmation mail not replacement. Now at this moment I am totally confused, harrush & not getting any solution.

My question is that as in this case I am not getting the package due to courier issue,why I will be suffer & will not get the proper service.

I can get my package as per previous terms during placement of the Oder i.e 15% cashback.

During above activities I have faced below listed problem.
1) Mental Harassment
2) Money loss
3)Time loss
4) Oder not received
