I purchased a ASUS AHSU001 Zen Ear wired headset on May 15 2016 from flipkart. Right ear plug stopped working 3 days back i,e on 29 July 2016. When requested flipkart, they asked me to contact ASUS customer support. When called to ASUS customer support, he reply was flipkart is responsible for the replacement.

So who is responsible for the replacement now? Why is the warranty given ? Can we affort to buy teh head set again n again ? Please some one help ou
