We have tata sky setup box. Now Its been almost a year. Every month an active pack is activated in our id. Every time we try and ask at the customer care we get a response that they have made a call to us and we have accepted for it. But we whenever we get a call we always decline them for the pack. whenever we call them and ask them to either refund the money or a proof of the phone recordings, they say that its not possible that we call give you the recordings. And sometimes they dnt even respond, just put the call on hold.
