Regarding bad experience with Jabong

I had the worst shopping experience at Jabong. Never again I am going to shop at Jabong.

I ordered a ‘beige colored Basics casual shirt (order no.151112204933333) on 12th Nov 2015. The first instant itself, they surprised me by mentioning the expected date of delivery as 3rd Dec 2015, almost a month. While other online shopping websites take at the most a week to deliver, here they were asking me to wait for a month. I was in no hurry, so I complied.

They told the item will be shipped by 20th Nov 2015. But even after 23rd Nov 2015, no intimation about it was made, and I had to contact the customer care. The next day, I was informed that even the last item had been sold out and my order had been CANCELLED I will be refunded.

How embarrassing!

Waiting for a month to hear that the item has been cancelled. Curse to Indian retailers.

They are supposed to face stringent actions for providing this sort of shopping experience. Never again I am going to shop with Jabong.
